THE AD HOC COMMITTEE ON RETAIL VACANCIES SURVEYED THE PROBLEM, SOUGHT COMMUNITY INPUT, INTERVIEWED EXPERTS, AND ENGAGED IN EXTENSIVE DISCUSSIONS REGARDING THE FUTURE AND THE BEST WAY FORWARD.
IN DOING SO, WE RECOGNIZE THAT WE LIVE IN AN INTERCONNECTED SOCIETY THAT IS EVOLVING AT AN ACCELERATED RATE.
