VIP IS IF YOU HAVE CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, THOSE FEES ARE CHARGED BASED UPON THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS YOU'RE DOING.

IF THERE'S INACTIVITY ON A SITE PLAN FOR THREE MONTHS, YOUR APPLICATION HAS EXPIRED, YOU NEED TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.
SUBDIVISION IS A LITTLE MORE, A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT BECAUSE IT'S MORE PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL THAN FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND THEY HAVE A CERTAIN TIME PERIOD TO GET FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, ET CETERA.
BUT THOSE ARE ALL IN THAT LAW.
AND YOU CAN ASK CAMMY ABOUT THAT.
BUT SUBDIVISIONS ARE A TOTAL DIFFERENT THING.
YOU APPROVE A SUBDIVISION, YOU GET PRELIMINARY PLA APPROVAL, AND THEN FROM THAT POINT ON FORWARD, IT'S, IT'S A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT PROCESS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
IF I DO A SUBDIVISION WITH A ROAD GOING IN, RIGHT, THEY HAVE TO ACTUALLY CONSTRUCT THE ROAD FIRST BEFORE THEY GET FINAL PLA APPROVAL FOR THEM TO BE SELLING HOUSES.
SO IT'D BE DIFFICULT TO SAY THERE'S AN EXPIRATION THEN AFTER THEY BUILT THE ROAD SO THAT ONCE THEY BUILD THE ROAD AND GET THOSE THINGS, THEN THEY HAVE A TOP, THEN THEY JUST START SELLING HOUSES.
AND IT COULD TAKE YEARS TO SELL THOSE ONCE AND BUILD THOSE HOUSES.
IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING, I COULD BE INCORRECT ON THIS ONE TOO, IF THEY GET SITE PLAN APPROVAL, ONCE THEY MAKE IT THROUGH THE PLANNING BOARD PROCESS AND THEY GET THE APPROVALS, YES.

I DON'T HAVE MUCH TO OFFER IN THE WAY I HAVE A FORMAL REPORT, UH, THIS EVENING, BUT I WOULD JUST LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT TO RECOGNIZE, UH, THE HARD WORK, THE DEDICATION, THE PASSION OF MY COLLEAGUES ON THE TOWN BOARD.
UH, WE'RE A VERY NEW BOARD, UM, BUT IT'S, IT'S REALLY BEEN A PLEASURE TO, TO WORK WITH YOU ALL.
I FEEL LIKE WE'RE WORKING VERY WELL TOGETHER.
IT'S ESPECIALLY NICE, UM, THIS SUMMER, UH, TO HAVE A LITTLE BIT MORE FLEXIBILITY IN THE SCHEDULE OF OUR TWO EDUCATORS ON THE TOWN BOARD.
UM, YOU KNOW, IT'S BEEN, UH, IT'S BEEN GREAT TO HAVE EARLY MORNING MEETINGS, LATE EVENING PHONE CALLS, BUT THIS BOARD IS, IS REALLY WORKING HARD, UH, FOR THE RESIDENTS OF HAMBURG.
AND I WANNA RECOGNIZE THAT IN ADDITION TO RECOGNIZING, UH, THE FACT THAT OUR, OUR, OUR EDUCATORS HAVE SOME FLEX.
I'M NOT SAYING THEY'RE HAVING SOMEONE OFF BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE BUSY.
UM, BUT I JUST ALSO RECOGNIZE THAT, UH, YOU KNOW, IT IS BACK TO SCHOOL.
SO I WISH ALL TEACHERS AND STUDENTS A SAFE AND WELCOMING BACK TO SCHOOL THIS YEAR.
