I DON'T WANNA STALL US, BUT LIKE POWER EXISTS, YOU KNOW, THE CAPACITY OF POWER TOWARDS THE END OF THAT LINE TO THEN, YOU KNOW, HAVE ADDITIONAL HOUSES.

UM, PRIMARILY WHAT WE'RE LOOKING TO DO BY INSTALLING THIS NEW OUR TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY IS TO RELIEVE SOME CAPACITY ISSUES THAT FOR US THIS NETWORK IS FACING, UM, IN THIS PART OF THE TOWN, PARTICULARLY AROUND FAIR SEASON.

UH, RIGHT NOW THERE'S A COLD TRUCK, WHICH IS PRETTY MUCH A, A MOBILE WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY THAT PROVIDES EXCESS COVERAGE, YOU KNOW, DURING HIGH TRACK EVENTS LIKE THE FAIR.

BUT, YOU KNOW, WE THINK THAT HAVING A PERMANENT SOLUTION THERE WILL, YOU KNOW, NOT ONLY BENEFIT THIS TOWN DURING THE FAIR ITSELF, BUT ALSO YEAR ROUND.

UM, SO WITH THAT, WE'RE, WE'RE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND HEAR ANY INPUT.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, THERE'S BEEN EXISTING HOME LOCATED ON, NEAR ON OREGON ROAD.

AND WHEREAS THE HAMBURG PLANNING BOARD HELD THE REQUIRED PUBLIC HEARING AND RECEIVED COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC, AND WHEREAS THE HAMBURG PLANNING BOARD IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW YORK STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT, CCRA HAS DONE A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PROJECT AND ITS POTENTIAL IMPACTS.

AND WHEREAS THE HAMBURG PLANNING BOARD IN ACCORDANCE WITH CCRA HAS DETERMINED THAT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE THREE WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS WILL NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE STATE AND OR THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE PUBLIC AND IS CONSISTENT WITH SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONSIDERATIONS.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THE TOWN OF HAMBURG PLANNING BOARD HEREBY DETERMINES THAT THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN APPROVAL AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE THREE WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS IS NOT ANTICIPATED TO RESULT IN ANY SIGNIFICANT ADVERSE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT.
