UH, THERE WAS SOME QUESTIONS BROUGHT UP AT THE WETLANDS THAT WERE PART OF THE ORIGINAL PROJECT.

WE KIND OF LABELED THE BOUNDARIES SO YOU COULD SEE IT ON A NEWER PLAN THAT WE SUBMITTED.

UM, AND THEN THEY ASKED ABOUT THE ROOF DRAINAGE, WHICH IS ALL GONNA BE INCORPORATED INTO THE EXISTING BUILDINGS, UH, UTILITIES AS WELL AS ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, SEWER AND ALL THAT.

SO OUR ARCHITECTURE'S GONNA STAY THE SAME.

AND WHEREAS THE ED PLANNING BOARD HELD THE REQUIRED PUBLIC HEARING AND WHEREAS THE ED PLANNING BOARD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW YORK STATE ENVIRONMENT ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEW ACT DID A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PROJECT AND POTENTIAL IMPACTS IN 2020 AND ISSUED A SECRET NEGATIVE DECLARATION.

AND WHEREAS THE HAMBURG PLANNING BOARD HAS DETERMINED THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS THE SAME AS ORIG AS THE ORIGINAL APPROVED PLAN, AND THAT THE SECRET DECISION DETERMINING THAT THE PROJECT WOULD NOT ADVERSELY, ADVERSELY AFFECT THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF THE STATE AND OR HEALTH SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE PUBLIC AND IS CONSISTENT WITH THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CONSIDERATIONS IS STILL VALID.

THE, THE DEIS PROVIDES INFORMATION ON THE CURRENT VIEWS, UH, WHICH CONSISTS PRIMARILY.

AND THAT'S ACTUALLY THE, UM, THE BOTTOM PHOTO THERE OF, OF, ITS PRIMARILY THE COMMERCIAL AREA OF SOUTHWESTERN BOULEVARD.
