AND, I MEAN, I THINK WE'RE ALL OF US INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT TEAM.
UNFORTUNATELY, EARLY IN THE PROCESS FOR BRIARCLIFF, THE RESIDENTS WERE WILLING TO MEET WITH US.
NOW IT APPEARS THEY ARE. AND I THINK TO THE EXTENT THERE'S REMAINING ISSUES THAT WE CAN COLLABORATE WITH THE RESIDENTS AS WELL AS THE TOWN BOARD, I THINK WE CAN ADDRESS THOSE. BUT WE'RE RESPECTFULLY ASKING THAT THAT RESOLUTION BE RESCINDED IT BECAUSE WE THINK NUMBER ONE HAS NO RELATIONSHIP TO THE ISSUES AT HAND.
WE NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. I THINK DAVE HAS SOME HANDOUTS THAT, YOU KNOW, GO ALONG WITH OUR POSITION, AND WE WANTED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY QUESTIONS FROM THE MEMBERS OF THE TOWN BOARD. QUESTIONS, ANYBODY? IS THIS THE MATERIALS THAT YOU SUBMITTED? ARE THEY IS THIS A DUPLICATION OF SOME PART OF THE APPROVAL PROCESS LAST FALL? YEAH. YOU'VE GOT YOU'VE GOT THE. THAT HAS GOT TO DO WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROJECT.AND THE DON GROLNICK AND KYLE KRAUS ALLUDED TO THAT FACT TOO.
AND WE DID HAVE A GOOD A GOOD MEETING THIS MORNING.
AND THEN YOU ALSO HAVE A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION FROM NOVEMBER 18TH, 2024 THAT REALLY SUMS UP.
AND THAT CITY. IT SUMS UP OPEN SPACE. OPEN SPACE.
IT GOT A LOT OF COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION THAT WAS INVESTIGATED BY US AND WITH BACKUP TO PROVE THAT OVER, OVER THE LAST THREE YEARS OR SO. SO I THINK THAT REALLY SUPPORTS OUR POSITION, AND WE'RE STILL CONFUSED AND DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY A RESOLUTION WAS GIVEN WITH NO NOTICE, WITH NO CALL OR REQUEST FOR CLARITY. IT'S JUST. AND I THINK IT WAS GREAT THAT YOU DIRECTED US TO DON AND KYLE.
AND I THINK THAT WAS HELPFUL. AND I PLAN ON BEING IN FULL COOPERATION WITH THEM SINCE THEY FINALLY TOOK AN INVITATION, OR I ACCEPTED AN INVITATION TO TALK TO THEM.
