THAT IS THE BASE BED. SO WHEN YOU SEE THE WORDS BASE BED IN YOUR RESOLUTIONS AS WELL AS ANY OF THE BID RESULTS, THAT IS WHAT WE ARE GETTING. IT IS AN ENTIRELY ENCLOSED PROJECT.
IT IS SPLIT HVAC SYSTEM TO TAKE CARE OF THOSE NEW ROOMS THAT WE ARE CREATING.
IT HAS NO OTHER IMPACT ON THE ARENA FACILITY.

WE BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE NOW MET THAT REQUIREMENT TO PUBLICLY BID THIS PROJECT.
SO WE HAVE RECEIVED SUGGESTION FROM THE DESIGN ENGINEER, DIDONATO, TO PURSUE ELECTRICAL OUTSIDE OF A PUBLIC BID, BECAUSE WE CAN NOW TALK TO PICONE. THEY CAN SPEAK TO SOME SUBCONTRACTORS THAT THEY'VE WORKED WITH.
